The layout of the hotel can be quite inconvenient. If your room is located near the reception and second road, the noise from traffic can keep you awake. Some critical amenities are lacking, such as proper hot water at the wash basin and insufficient lighting in the bathroom-a struggle when you're trying to get ready. I found it odd that there was no kettle or iron in my room. The air conditioning also left much to be desired, often feeling humid instead of refreshing. The stay was decent, but with these issues, it was more of an endurance test than a vacation.

Comfortable and straightforward hotel, attentive staff, enjoyed the decent location near the beach and 2nd Road and Beach Road. The service was impeccable and the pool was good. Food was gorgeous and I have nothing but really amazing memories from this trip🙂👌

The room felt outdated, especially the air conditioning, which struggled at times. Had issues with the hot water. The wash basin never got warm, leading to some awkward moments trying to shave. Light in the bathroom was too dim. I noticed that the staff had varying levels of enthusiasm. While some friendly faces brightened my day, others seemed a bit worn down. Improvements are definitely needed to enhance the overall experience here.
